ABOUT US
1 Ladder, 2 Advance Life Support Rescues, 1 Battalion Chief Vehicle, 1 Special Hazards Unit and 1 Boat. Each Engine has 1 Officer and 1 Private. Each Rescue has 2 Privates. Ladder 1 and Special Hazards is cross-manned with 1 Officer and 1 Private. The West Warwick Fire Fighters operate on a four platoon system. Each platoon works 24 hour shifts.

The Professional Fire Fighters of the West Warwick Fire Fighters Association take pride in knowing we provide the highest level of emergency medical care and efficient property protection. Local 1104 strives to be a very important part of the community. We remain committed to the town of West Warwick through on-going training and education to improve patient care, fire fighting skills and citizen relations.

The West Warwick Fire Fighter’s Association, Local 1104 is an International ​ Association of Fire fighters labor union established in 1952 by 15 founding members. We protect the Town of West Warwick, Rhode Island which is a turn of the century mill town located in Pawtuxet Valley. West Warwick is home to 30,000 citizens in 8 square miles. Today, our 72 full-time career professionals respond  to all kinds of emergencies out of 4 fire stations. We operate 4 Engines,
